Construction pricing for concrete, land clearing, fencing, and related construction projects may change depending on actual site conditions, measurements, existing structures, demolition or removal requirements, excavation requirements, soil conditions, grading, drainage, access to the property, vegetation and debris, existing fencing or structures, utilities, property conditions, property lines, permits, inspections, applicable code requirements, weather, material selections, equipment requirements, labor requirements, project specifications, customer-requested changes, and other circumstances discovered before or during construction.

For concrete projects, including patios, driveways, walkways, slabs, foundations, and other concrete improvements, final pricing may depend on existing surface conditions, excavation, base preparation, grading, drainage, reinforcement, concrete thickness, finish requirements, access, removal of existing materials, and site conditions that cannot reasonably be determined before work begins.

For land clearing projects, pricing may depend on the amount and type of vegetation, trees, brush, stumps, debris, soil conditions, slope, terrain, drainage, access for heavy equipment, hauling requirements, disposal requirements, utility locations, and other conditions present at the property.

For fencing projects, pricing may depend on the total linear footage, fence material and design, height, gates, existing structures, terrain, soil conditions, grading, vegetation, removal of existing fencing, property lines, access, utility locations, permits, and other site-specific requirements.

An estimate does not constitute a final contract or guarantee of final project cost unless expressly incorporated into a written agreement signed by the Company and the customer.

Final pricing, project scope, materials, scheduling, payment terms, warranties, and other project requirements will be governed by the applicable written agreement, proposal, or contract between BMB Construction Services LLC and the customer.

SMS Terms
